This Girl is the stage musical about John Lennon and his wife Cynthia Powell, from their meeting at Liverpool Art College and their tempestuous relationship. Cynthia Powell was the "posh" girl from Hoylake, though John Lennon was by far the poshest of the couple, living in middle-class Woolton with his Aunt Mimi.

The story covers Cynthia's friendship with Phyllis and John's awkward at times friendship with Stuart Sutcliffe. With Mike Howl's original script and original music by Merseybeat musician and broadcaster Frankie Connor the show explores Cynthia Lennon's story in a stage musical about love, friendship & survival.
