The film festival “OUR LAND” is aimed at giving visitors the opportunity to experience and understand about Ukrainian culture, history, and to learn about ordinary and famous people of Ukraine through the creative skills of Ukrainian cinematographers.

A selection of feature films and documentary short films of the "Culture VS War" project will lead the viewer through the times and events of the turning points in the history of Ukraine and will reveal true human qualities and values, showcase famous Ukrainian cultural figures - writers, cinematographers, musicians, photographers. Serhiy Zhadan, Liberov's photographers and the music band "Antytila" will give you a transparent view about the war through their own stories.

Despite everything, by continuing to face external threats, Ukraine demonstrates the strength and determination of its people, who remain loyal to their independence and their land.

During the event, a photo exhibition of famous war photographers "Wounded LAND", an exhibition of the cultural history of Ukraine and a photo exhibition of the British photographer "The Displaced. Ukrainian women of Liverpool". Online meetings with the heroes of the novels, intense discussions, presentation of the art book of the "Culture VS War" project, sale of books with autographs of the authors and Ukrainian authentic delicacies will be provided.
The film screening will be in Ukrainian with English subtitles. 16+
